October 2024: Road to Homeownership: Meet with our Executive Director to discuss the criteria and guidelines for possible Habitat Partner Family and the Road to Homeownership. We discuss the journey to get there and the steps to take to get a key in hand.
January 2025: Financially Fit: Meet with a financial advisor to get you Financially Fit by staying out of debt, avoiding bankruptcy, the mortgage process and how to take steps towards great credit scores and applying for homeownership.
April 2025: Little Builders: Kids ages 5-12 welcome to build a birdhouse with our lead volunteers, Steve and Nic! Kids will paint, decorate and assemble a birdhouse to take home to hang in their yard or gift a loved one. *This class does have a $10 fee for materials. Multiple children sign up? No problem! After the first child, the fee drops down to $5 for additional children in family.
