​We build because we believe that everyone, everywhere should have a healthy, affordable place to call home. Approximately 10.5% of North Dakotans and Minnesotans live in poverty. Safe, stable housing benefits families by promoting job security and healthy child development. No one should have to choose between rent/mortgage, transportation, and nutritious food.
