How We Do What We DoHabitat for Humanity is able to provide affordable housing to partner families by using donated materials and services and volunteer labor to build houses. All money invested into the house by the Habitat affiliate is passed onto the partner family in the purchase price. We do not give our homes away for free. The less we spend on construction, the less the partner family pays to buy the house! Mortgage payments made to the Habitat affiliate by partner families who have already purchased their homes are used to build more homes for more families!

How Can You, As A Businesses, Partner?Red River Valley Habitat for Humanity is always in need of volunteers and donated and reduced cost construction materials and services. If your business has access to these options, we would love to partner! Instead of lying off employees in the slow seasons, have them work on Habitat Homes as donated labor until the next job comes in!
